A new multi-family community development will transform a vacant lot in the Shaw neighborhood of Washington, D.C. into 110 units of luxury affordable housing.  The development will also include approximately 1,785 square feet of ground floor retail space along 7th street. 108 of the 110 units will be income restricted.
