The Turkey Thicket Recreation Center is a larger site, located in the Brookland community. Inside amenities include a gym, weight room, toddler room, computer lab, and indoor pool. Outdoor amenities include a basketball court, a baseball field, field with a walking track, playground, covered picnic areas, tennis courts, a spray park and a parking lot.
